eMoney utilizes a range of communication methods, including calls, SMS text messages, and SMS short codes for certain types of rapid or widespread communications, some of which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. By providing us with your telephone number and affirmatively selecting or checking the appropriate opt-in box in connection with your account or our services, you are explicitly consenting to receive all forms of communications as described in this policy. This includes both informational and marketing communications from eMoneyUSA Holdings, LLC or eMoneyMissouri, LLC (“eMoney” or “us”), as well as any party authorized to act on behalf of eMoney. If you provide a wireless number, you affirm that you are the subscriber or a regular user of that number with the authority to consent to communications. Further, you agree to notify us any time a landline or wireless telephone number you have provided to us changes.

You will only receive communications from eMoney, including promotional and marketing messages, if you have opted in for such communications or have consented to receive informational updates. We typically send on average no more than two promotional or marketing SMS text messages per week, but you may also receive additional informational alerts, the frequency of which depends on the specific circumstances of your account and our services. These alerts aim to provide you with timely and relevant information regarding your account status, loan application updates, and other critical service-related notifications. Please be aware that standard text message and data rates may apply as per your individual wireless carrier’s rate plan, and we encourage you to review your carrier’s terms for details. eMoney and its affiliates are not responsible for any charges incurred by you or anyone else with access to your device or number due to your consent to this policy.

You acknowledge and understand that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of creating an account, applying for, or obtaining a loan from eMoney. Your decision to opt in is completely voluntary and independent of your engagement with our services. You may also revoke or modify your consent at any time. Please be aware that opting out of certain communications, especially informational updates, may impact your ability to fully utilize some of our services.   • Opt-Out of All Communications.
    • By Phone: Call us at 1-866-868-1569 to completely revoke your consent to receive all communications. If you decide to opt out, it is important to specify your preferences: whether you wish to discontinue all communications, which includes informational updates that might enhance your experience with our services, or if you prefer to opt out of marketing communications only. The customer representative you speak with may ask you to clarify which categories of communications you no longer wish to receive. If you do not specify, you will be automatically opted out of both informational and marketing communications.
    • By SMS Text Message: Text “STOP” to 77077 to stop receiving all communications from us. We will respond with an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. It is important to understand that this will remove you from both informational and marketing communications.   • Opt-Out of Certain Communications Only.
