Texas

Credit Access Business
  • eMoneyMissouri, LLC will not be the lender for loans made to Texas residents. eMoneyMissouri, LLC is a Credit Access Business. We will attempt to arrange a loan between you and a third-party lender and service that loan once it is issued. Any questions, service issues, or complaints about your loan will be addressed by eMoneyMissouri, LLC and not the lender.

  • An equal-payment installment loan not to exceed 180 days. You have the right to rescind your loan within 3 days of signing your loan contracts.
Repayment & Early Payoff
  • You have the right to repay your loan in full on your due date. You will not be assessed a prepayment penalty for paying your loan off early or making additional payments toward the principal.

Notice to Wisconsin Borrowers
  • Wisconsin law requires a notice that no provision of a marital property agreement, a unilateral statement under the marital property law, or a court decree adversely affects the interest of the creditor unless the creditor, prior to the time the credit is granted, is furnished with a copy of the agreement, statement, or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision when the debt to the creditor is incurred. If you are married and are applying for credit individually (not jointly with your spouse), we are required to give your non-applicant spouse notice. You therefore agree that you must fully disclose to us your spouse’s full name, email, and current mailing address. A copy of loan contracts will be sent to your spouse.
