If you decide to withdraw your consent, the legal effectiveness, validity, and/or enforceability of prior electronic Communications will not be affected.
To view and retain Communications, you will need an internet browser software that supports 128-bit encryption and a current version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files. You will also need a computer processor (CPU), monitor, modem, with ISP access to the internet or direct dial-up accessibility and a printer capable of printing text screens or hard drive capable of storing data. “Current version” means a version of the software we support and that is currently supported by our publisher. Because we may deliver Communications to you or otherwise communicate with you using e-mail you must be able to send e-mail and receive e-mail that contains hyperlinks to websites.
You confirm that the email address you provide to us from time to time is active and that you have the ability to access any Communications from us through the email address.
You must keep your email address on file with us current. You must notify us of changes in such address by writing us at eMoneyUSA, 8700 State Line Road Suite 350, Leawood, KS 66206.
We encourage you to save all the Communications that you receive.
